This is our latest line of make-up. The compacts have a screw on closure and the, shape goes back to the retro containers of the 30's and 40's. The difference being that production techniques are now highly advanced. The compacts are actually made with the new technology of double injection moulding. This way producing simultaneously on the lid, both the transparent window and the coloured frame around it. Thus cutting down time in production, assembly and consequently costs. The line is made up of 5 articles: compact container diameter 59 mm " " " 36 " mascara container 10 ml eyeliner " 8 " lipgloss " 8 " All these articles can be produced in different colours and material, like polystyrene, SAN and ABS. They can also be personalized with coloured varnishing, soft touch and hot stamping.

A few years ago our graphic came out with the project for this mascara. We realized at once that it was going to be a great success since our clients would appreciate immediately its simplicity in shape. Proof being that many containers and many imitations of this shape came out all over the world. However, very few have reached the same harmony in line and balance in dimensions. It is not casual that decoration presents no difficulties both with hot stamping and silk screening since all the process of product engineering has been carefully studied. The content considered to be the optimal is 10 ml. The ratio between the length of the bottle and length of the cap has been optimized keeping in mind an easy grip for the client. Simultaneously with the mascara container, following the same shape but with a different length, we also produced the lipgloss and eyeliner containers. These have a capacity of 9 ml.

The minimum quantity per order is 10.000 pcs.

The material of the bottle can be PVC or PETG. The cap is in ABS.

With regards colouring there are no particular problems with the cap, instead with the bottle we advise to use standard colours.

By inserting a specific disc it becomes air tight and can be used for cream products.
